So I said no. And I have regretted that decision for over a decade.

That's why I created the Client Closet. Because I know how easy it is to talk yourself out of it. I wanted to take away every excuse - starting with the dress.

A calm, beautiful studio session for mum and partner, or mum and toddler. Soft light, warm space and everything taken care of so you can simple enjoy it.

These sessions are strictly during school hours on weekdays

When I started Ravenwood Studios five years ago, I made a commitment that every client would have a beautiful dress to wear, no matter their size or shape.

So every session I booked, I bought a new dress. Sometimes those dresses cost more than I made. Sometimes they were donated by thoughtful clients who believed in what I was building.

Over the years, as new clients came through the door, I filled every gap in the collection.

Today the Client Closet holds over 80 dresses, ranging from size 6 to 24.

Because every woman deserves to feel beautiful in her photos. And I was never going to let a dress be the reason she didn't.

Every maternity session includes two dresses from the collection.

No stress, no shopping, no guessing.

You come in for a Client Closet appointment, try them on, and choose what makes you feel most like you. I’ve done hundreds of these appointments and I know the moment you’ve found the one. Your whole demeanour shifts. Maybe a little twirl. All of a sudden that woman who didnt feel like herself, looks in the mirror and realises how incredible she is.

My pieces are carefully selected to photograph beautifully in every light and the fitting appointment is one of my clients' favourite parts

Everything You Need To Know

As soon as possible.
Sunset sessions often book out months in advance.
The ideal time to shoot is between 30 - 34 weeks when your bump is beautifully round but you're still comfortable.
Absolutely!
All full sessions include your immediate family. Toddlers are very welcome. I'm experienced with little ones and know exactly how to work with them.
For Mini Sessions - my Weekday Studio Minis work for small families of up to 3 people
You visit the studio before your session to try on dresses and choose your two looks.
It's relaxed and fun! Most clients say it's their favourite part of the whole experience.
You'd be surprised how quickly that changes.
I guide you through every moment so you never have to think about what to do with your hands.
Most clients are laughing within minutes.
Sunset sessions are held in Cobbitty
Studio Minis and Weekday Outdoor sessions are at my Gledswood Hills location.
Beach sessions are available for an additional travel fee
Honestly? This is my favourite part of the job. Toddlers are my speciality.
I know how to read them, distract them, and bring them out of their shell, even the shy ones.
Your toddler doesn't need to perform.
They just need to be themselves, and I'll do the rest.
Every session includes beautiful 5×7 prints of the images that you choose from your gallery
